I thought I was going to have to hack or tweak something I hate that stuff but, thanks to you, I was pleasantly surprised. The Mini found the Bluetooth module and reinstalled it but it wouldn't work.

I downloaded this driver, un zipped the files, went into the device manager and told the Bluetooth module to update the driver, directing it to the new driver. The driver installed successfully and Nokia PC Suite now works great. No hacks required!
